This site is operated by GBASTAR Enterprises LLC, trading as Bella Perfection. The information on it — product descriptions, ingredient lists, usage guidance and anything we publish — is provided for general information only.

We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, correct, or up to date at any given moment. You use the site and our products at your own discretion.

2. Cosmetics, not medicines

Nothing on this site is medical, dermatological or health advice, and reading it does not create a professional relationship of any kind. If you have a skin condition, persistent or severe acne, an allergy, or any other medical concern, speak to a dermatologist or doctor. Do not delay or disregard professional advice because of something you read here.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or under a doctor's care, check with your doctor before using any new skin care product.

3. About our product names

Some of our products carry descriptive names — for example, our Botanical Acne Repair Face Cream. These names describe the intended cosmetic use of the product and the appearance concerns it was formulated with in mind. They are not a claim that the product treats, cures or prevents acne or any other medical condition.

Acne is a medical condition. If you are dealing with it persistently or severely, a dermatologist can offer treatments we cannot and should not.

4. Allergies and patch testing

Natural and botanical ingredients can cause a reaction just as synthetic ones can. Being plant-derived does not make an ingredient safe for everyone.

• Patch test before first use. Apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours.
• Read the full ingredient list on the packaging before use, particularly if you have known allergies or reactive skin.
• Stop immediately if you experience redness, itching, burning, swelling or any irritation, and seek medical advice if it persists.
• Keep away from the eyes. If a product gets in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.

We are not responsible for an allergic or adverse reaction to an ingredient that is properly disclosed on the packaging.

5. Individual results

Skin is individual. Two people using the same product in the same way can get different results, and the same product can behave differently on you in summer than in winter.

Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of a particular outcome, timeframe, or improvement in the appearance of your skin.

6. Colour, scent and appearance

Screens vary. A lipstick or gloss shade shown here may look different on your monitor or phone than it does in daylight, and the same shade reads differently on different skin tones.

Everything is made in small batches by hand, so slight variation between batches — in shade depth, scent strength, or the surface of a candle — is normal and is not a defect. Scent preference is personal and is not a fault in the product.

7. Candle safety

• Burn on a level, heat-resistant surface
• Trim the wick to about a quarter inch before every burn
• Do not burn for more than four hours at a time
• Stop use when about half an inch of wax remains
• The glass gets hot — do not move a lit or recently extinguished candle
• Never use water to extinguish a candle

Following the safety instructions on the label is your responsibility. We accept no liability for fire, injury or property damage resulting from misuse, from ignoring those instructions, or from use in a way the product was not intended for.

8. Ingredient information

The ingredient list printed on the product packaging is the authoritative one. Formulations are occasionally adjusted between batches — for supply, stability or safety reasons — and the site may not reflect a change immediately.

Always read the label on the product you have received, particularly if you are managing an allergy.

9. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews on this site are the personal experiences and opinions of the customers who wrote them. They are not our claims about what a product does, and they are not typical or guaranteed results.

We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not pay for positive ones.

10. Links to other sites

We sometimes link to third-party sites — a carrier's tracking page, a payment provider's policy, a social platform. Those sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your data, and a link is not an endorsement.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GBASTAR Enterprises LLC and its members, employees and suppliers accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from reliance on anything published here, or from use of our products other than as directed.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. This section should be read alongside section 15 of our Terms and Conditions.
